Essential fatty acids are good fats that can only be obtained in the diet. These fatty acids effect many biological processes such as inflammation, immune and brain functions, and blood lipid levels (triglycerides).

Essential fatty acids come in two forms: omega-3 and omega-6. The dietary balance between these two fatty acids strongly affects their functions. An optimal dietary balance of omega 6 to omega 3 is recommended to be 3:1 or even lower. Q. Are there any common allergens in NanoEPA DHA?
NanoEPADHA contains no gluten, yeast, milk derivatives, artificial colors or flavors. However, it does contain egg yolk, which is the source of the emulsifying phospholipids

Q. Can I mix NanoEPA DHA with the other SuperFood Solution products?

Q. Can I take both NanoEPA DHA and NanOmega 3?
Yes, most persons can, as adding NanOmega3 increases your total omega-3 intake, especially ALA, as well as extra vitamins, minerals, fiber and an especially absorbable delivery form of the beneficial herb, turmeric. For general wellness, ½ tsp of NanoEPADHA and one scoop of NanOmega3 should suffice. Please check with your health professional if you need further direction.

Q. How can fish oil taste so good?
Lots of time, research and effort, but no artificial ingredients, flavors or flavor enhancers!

Q. How can I be assured of the quality of NanoEPA DHA?

Q. How much NanoEPADHA should I take?
As NanoEPADHA is much more absorbable, 1 tsp. a day if fine for most people. Those health professionals who want you to support optimal heart health might recommend 2 tsp. a day. For maximum anti-inflammatory action, your health professional might recommend 1 tablespoon a day.

Remember, 360 mg of NanoEPADHA, being up to 300% more absorbable, is likely equivalent to 700 to 1,000 mg of regular fish oil capsules. One tablespoon is likely equivalent to 2,000 to 3,000 mg of EPA/DHA a day! Important: As fish oil is a powerful blood thinner, and NanoEPADHA is so much more absorbable than regular fish oil, we do not recommend taking more than 1 tsp. a day without your health care providers guidance!

Q. What is the source of the fish oils?
NanoEPADHA uses only pure & pristine source of purified (MaxPure™) pharmaceutical grade fish oil from “fresh catch” non-farmed cod and salmon.

Q. Which is better, omega-3 from flax of fish?
Both fish oil and flaxseed ultimately supply your body with essential fatty acids( EFAs), which have been shown to have a number of important effects within the body. If you feel you are very omega-3 depleted you may opt to take NanoEPADHA until you notice an improvement, and then convert to NanOmega3. Both oils have been shown to contribute positively to health and some people opt to take both oils, so that they complement each other.

Q. Which should I take, NanOmega 3 or NanoEPA DHA?
Of course, it is best to have your health professional decide for you. Nonetheless, in general, NanOmega3 might better if you want a satisfying meal (mixed with NanoGreens and/ or NanoReds and NanoPro), especially for maximum fiber, nutrition, weight loss and balanced blood sugar diets. It is also a good choice if you are a vegan, or if you already eat fatty fish once or twice a week. If you desire mega doses of EPA/DHA for nutritional support because you are concerned with arthritis, coronary vascular disease or dementia risk, several teaspoons daily of NanoEPADHA might be preferred, especially if you eat very little fatty fish (salmon, tuna, trout, sardines, anchovies).
